As a retired Cook County Adult Probation Officer, I spent decades working with people that various systems had given up on and who'd given up on themselves. That experience taught me the power of a person's thoughts. If you believe you'll succeed or if you believe you'll fail, you're right. As a keynote speaker, I discuss overcoming adversity, changing your mindset and embracing your truths. Having addressed women in varying walks of life, from those with criminal convictions to those in faith-based organizations to those in a multitude of careers, my goal is the same-to shine a light in the darkness and show others that there is Daybreak after Dusk.
